Featuring live Peruvian music from Grupo Masato and Brazilian music from Bloco Alegria. Also, DJ Blas providing central/south American dance vibes, aerialists, jugglers, stilt walkers, drinks, Favela Café Brazilian food, and Famosinha Cachaça Tasting!

Proof of vaccination or negative COVID test within 72 hours is required upon entry. Masks are required when not actively drinking/eating.

Come to the Portland Mercado and see us play at 4:30pm at the 5th Annual Brazilian Festival, and stay for delicious food and plenty of other Brazilian performances!

9am - run/walk/bike ride starts
10am - the cafe opens
11:45am - opening speech from the owners
Noon - Bloco Alegria (Us!)
From 2pm till 5pm - we will have our teachers sharing their art, from capoeira to Samba!
5pm - Nelson teaching Axé and Funk dance
6pm - Live band (to be confirmed)
8pm - Dj playing some of the best Brazilian Tunes!
